Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that it is necessary to investigate for the possible causes underlying your troubles.

That is why I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.

If all these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of all this clinical scenario. In such case, consulting with a specialist of this field would be the right step to follow.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
