General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the G.E.R.D, may be secondary to the peptic ulcer, irritant foods etc.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have an endoscopy for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms pantaprazole, domperidone, anesthetic antacid gel.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
