How To Treat Fever Inspite Of Giving Entamizole And Panadol To Children?

My 3.9 year old son had high fever three days backcwith stomach discomfort. He passed three stools that day. I gave him entamizole and panadol for tht.Now he is passing only one stool a day ith gases and its smelly but his fever is not getting in control which means there is infection. I have guven him himalaya s bonnisan syrup for gastric trouble. Now i am giving him brufen and panadol for fever as its not under control. Please give me suggestion

Hi, you must go for blood reports for typhoid and malaria. Give him septran also till reports come. Get treatment accordingly after reports.
