How To Treat Fever?

hi my sister is having fever for last one week , yesterday she was admitted in hospital. Doc said her blood platelate cont is less it was 1.02. Today they are telling it is 50000 only. Its going down . Can you please suggest wat i should do, and wat might be the reason

This most probably a condition called Dengue.

get the tests done for dengue .
Although there is no specific treatment for dengue, the platelet counts and bleeding tendency has to be watched the patient may need platelets if require...
Keep her hospitalized,.
