How To Treat Finger Nail Infection?

I have in infection in my fingernail. I have cephalexin cap. 500 mg. doxycycline hyclate cap. 100 mg. and amoxicillin 250 mg. I have controlled high blood pressure and controlled diabetes. can I take any of these medicines for the infection in my finger?

Hi,
All antibiotic medicines you mentioned are good medcines for soft tissue infection.
Go for one course of any one antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days.
Go for dressing of finger nail as well.
Ok and take care.
