Hello Im having dizzy spells like im gona pass out head hurts im nauseated no energy having diarrea hot sweeats then cold I have hypo thyroid i take synthroid 125mg now i just cant function i just want to sleep dont want to be around no one i have disc diease ive had 2 back surgeries an need another one with rods an screws but im scarred to i have nuropathy auritis just need to know what could be wrong i have fluid build up in my feet an leggs cant hardly walk at times my blood pressure is running little high i have fibromyalgia cant sleep up an down thursty all the time please help me
