How To Treat Fluttering Sensation In Heart While Having Elevated BP?
Today I had to go to the emergency room because my veins were bulging and felt like bee stings. I had occasional fluttering of my heart, headache, indigestion. Also I couldn t feel the bottoms of my feet. And I was experiencing anxiety. The doctor on call did an EKG and chest x-ray. My blood pressure was elevated. She gave me prescriptions for klonopin and a drug to help blood pressure and swelling and said to see doctor in a couple days to follow up. I m still experiencing the stinging sensations.
Yes. ECG and BP and heart rate especially echocardiography can tell. Take multivitamin for a week, as B12 levels can tell if these sensation are related to it. Consult a cardiologist and do breathing exercises as it helps to relieve anxiety.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
