My daughter is suffering from depression and abnormal behaviour, suspecious, violent, hostile. talking about her marriage. She lost her attaintiveness does not have patient to hear anyone. lost her job thrice, feels unsafe. Could u plz advice me the better treatment in Chennai. Thanks
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Once you know the reasons for her abnormal behavior, it becomes easy for a therapist to treat her in a better way. First of all, you should address her hostility and violance. Manic episodes are better treated psychiatrically. Please consult a psychiatrist.
Alongside psychiatric treatment, you should also consult a psychologist who puts her into Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Therapy (RET). Both these therapies combined, should give good result.
If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
