How To Treat For Throat Pain?
im 27years old female and have a baby of 5months.im suffering from throat pain which is constricting type in nature.also i feel breathlessness even on slight exertion.the problem aggravates at night time.also have cough with small expectoration since last 3 days.

You are in postpartum period. From the symptoms you provided it suggests towards a cardiovascular pathology....occassionally diagnosed as postpartum cardiomyopathy. If this patient comes to me I would do a chest x-ray, electrocardiogram, blood Hb% and an echocardiography 1st. Then shall treat accordingly.
