How To Treat Fungal Infection Around Scrotum And Penis?

Hello doctor...I have developed kind of itchiness all over my body for the last 1 month...it is getting cure to some extent..but it not 100%....and at the same time I developed some type of fungal infection around my scrotum and penis. After applying some types of lube like Nectobecnet, safaz Sn,etc..it is not getting cured ...but whenever it get into touch ny underweqr or my hand the tiny dot went really big...and itchiness there increases to double or triple...
please help me as it is affecting my personal and professional lofe
