How To Treat Fungal Scalp Infection Permanently?

Hello doctor , I am suffering from scalp fungus alike dandruff past 4 years used various dandruff control products , it washes away but comes again in a day s time . It s very itchy and I am getting hairfall due to this . I have ear infection every time which comes due to this as many experts say . I have Pcod. I wash my hair twice a week with anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner from Amway . What can I do to permanently cure it ? Thanks in advance !

Scalp fungus can be managed by use of anti-fungal shampoo. Keeping the scalp clean is also required to maintain fungus free scalp. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
