How To Treat Genital Itching?

good evening i m a male aged 58 had some intense genital itching in the past 2 weeks, tonight i went to take a leak to my surprise the whole bottom part of my underwear was soaked in what looked like dried up blood, i checked the area with my fingers it felt like the bottom part undrneath the scrotum but part of it dried corterized or dried up , no pain , what should i do

I really appreciate your concern, such itching could be due to fungal infection, what the dried blood like discharge you have been notice could be hematuria, or per rectum bleeding if not skin lesions found there, in my opinion clinical examination is advisable, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
