male 24, about 11 stone, diagnosed glandular fever 10 days ago, prescribed erythromycin 250g generally unwellhave lump about 4ins long told gland swollen in lower right abdo, have numbness in lower right leg,and have been vomiting since last night and have seen 7 undissolved pills in vomit

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that you must have finished the course of antibiotic, due tot he antibiotic such vomiting is some time common and this is nothing to worry, now in my opinion better to stop all the medicine that you are taking, no need to worry about this, every thing will be al right hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
