How To Treat Grade-3 Placenta With Breach Positioned Fetus During 30 Weeks Pregnancy?

mam i m in my 30th week of pregnancy but according to my gynaecologist my placenta is in grade-3. even my baby is in breach position. my question is, how much it is going to effect me n my baby, in addition to this what are the medicines n remedies for this?

Hi. Grade 3 placenta at this time,30 weeks of gestation is normal means matyrity is grade 3. Baby in breech position means baby's buttocks are presenting and head is towards the fundus of uterus.There are chances when it can still rotate. You will have to wait till 34-36 weeks to see this. But if it remains breech it will not effect you or your baby in any harmful manner. You can opt for elective ceasarean section in case of breech. There are no medicines or remedies for that. Earlier, external version was done, but not recommended now.
