How To Treat Groin Pull Caused By Lifting Weight?

Had a angiogram a month ago and still a little tender. On the six day after, I moved something not thinking that was over the 10lb restriction. It has felt like a groin pull. It doesn t just hurt in the spot where they did the angiogram . It hurts all around the groin, just below the belly button. I woke up this morning with both hips really hurting, and making it hard to walk. I m 57, height 6 . I weight 274. I have had lung cancer. Diabetes for over 20 years. Last A1C was 6.4. I am wondering who to call. As you can see, I have few doctors. Thank you
