How To Treat Growing Lump Under Chin?

lump under chin, noticed 25 days back, increasing in size. Taking antibiotics since last three weeks, no change.
blood test are normal, FNAC test did nt revealed anything .. it just says reactive tissues.. no TB. lately it has got puss also in lump. please guide

As per your complain a lump under the chin can be an inflamed lymph nodes which can be due to infection in head and neck region causing Reactionary Lymphadenitis while it can be due malignancy forming Lymphoma.
Pus formation is an indication of infection and as FNAC shows reactiv tissue it can be probably due to infection..
Many a times the inflammation in the lymph nodes can remain for a longer duration even after the resolution of infection and as it is 25 days the probabliy of infection is high..
You can once consult an Infectious medicine specialist to rule out the exact cause of the swollen lymph nodes and get treated accordingly..
In case if the swelling dos not subside and the symptoms aggravates even surgical removal of lymph nodes can be planned by the doctor..
