How To Treat Gum Infection Leading To Sticky Discharge In Mouth?

I have a unique problem.I have a infection in my mount that has spread into the gums. It looks like white really small grans of rice that produce a clear sticky film. I also see little orange type of thing (parasite) small the size of salt. I can t find anyone who knows what this is. I Been on 4 weeks of antibiotics

Hi,
As per your clinical description it seems that there might be having pyorrhea giving this problem.
This can be due to tartered deposited on root of teeth producing infection bleeding and sticky discharge.
Consult dentist and get examined.
You might require scaling to remove tarter.
If require you might require flap surgery.
Ok and take care.
