How To Treat Hairfall And Acne Problem?

I have hairfall and acne problem.My blood reports and Ultra sound are clear.But my doctor indicated towards some hormonal problem.She asked me to have ginette 35 every day.Is there any particular day after periods when i should start taking the medicine or i can start just like that??..

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hairfall and acne problem occurs when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. You should apply Aziderm 20 % gel over the whole affected area of scalp. You should apply flutivate cream, twice daily to take care of irritation. Exfoliate your skin one a week to remove the dead skin from your face. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin or isoteritenoin.
