How To Treat Headache Along With Body Pains In A Hypothyroid Patient?

Doc, I am suffering with headache almost daily. Nights I am feeling like fever, but no temperature, headache, back ache, heaviness in chest and body pains. Mornings feeling better than night, but body pains, tired. Mostly pains in neck, upper back pain, hands, shoulder, throat, near chest. Sometimes, 1 second giddiness. I am 39 yrs. old female, pre history of hypothyroid, migrane. Pl. suggest me.
