General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be migraine headache but cluster type headache should also be ruled out. In any case using acetaminophen as well as powerful analgesic like Naproxen can be of help. Though triptans or any other medicine usage should be discussed with neurologist for long term prophylaxis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
