How To Treat Headache And Occasional Twitches Due To Mild Stroke?

My fiancee has had this headache on the right side behind the eye and on top of is temple. his temple is slightly swollen also. causing the right eyelid to twitch occasionally. He has had this for a month and 3 weeks. we just recently heard of a young woman with a couple of his symptoms that checked it out and found out it was mild strokes. he has had the headaches everyday for the past month and 3 weeks.
He is a very stubborn man and refuses to go to the hospital because its "another bill to take care of" I need to know if it is something that needs to be checked out or if there is some home remedy we can use.
there is something else that might help you help me. He was diagnosed with Chrone's disease, ulcerative colitis, and ruematory arthritis, and scoriasis (dont know how to spell) and a couple more skin diseases that are mild. sorry this is so long but of course im very worried. He's only 25 years old. please please help me. thank you for reading my ridiculously long question.-tab
