How To Treat Headache, Coughing Of Phlegm And Sickness?

I have a constant head ache, it hurts my eyes to look up, i am coughing up flem, i have abit of a sore throat, Ive been on ice on and off for the last month or so. My immunity is low and i just feel really sick. What can i do to make myself feel better ?

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to some allergic condition and some time this could create some emotional stress too, but this is nothing to worry in my opinion this can be managed with
Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" twice in day and "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg" for headache, try some steam inhalation too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
