How To Treat Headache During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am having severe headache for past 2 weeks, its keep coming and going, I just entered into my 2nd trimester , please suggest is it safe to take dart at this stage of pregnancy, i have already taken twice.. Again i am getting.. If there is any other solution pls provide.. Thanks..

Your headache can be due to fluid overload of Cardiovascular system of body during pregnancy..you need to check your blood pressure first
then according to that antihypertensive can be given if BP is high
please don't take any medication without advice of your Gynecologist
