Hi,

Based on your symptoms of headache, painful eye, and muffled hearing, you may have an infection or inflammation of the sinuses or middle ear. It is recommended that you see a healthcare provider for evaluation and proper diagnosis.

They may recommend treatments such as antibiotics, decongestants, or pain relievers depending on the underlying cause of your symptoms. In the meantime, you can try using a warm compress over your painful eye and taking over-the-counter pain medication as directed. Avoiding exposure to irritants such as cigarette smoke, dust, and allergens may also be helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
