Hi there, I ve been getting really bad headaches for the last 3 days. I never gets headaches usually....once a year if that but for the last three days i ve had them in the same spot just above my left eyebrow. It helps a little if i close my left eye but not much?? Any help Doc?
Sinus headache commonly causes a headache that starts at the brow, forehead, below or behind the eyes. Other causes of the headache are migraine or tension headache.
Sometimes, headaches occur due to vision problems. You are suggested to see an eye specialist, get an eye check-up done to detect farsightedness, nearsightedness or astigmatism. You may need a pair of lens.
Get X-ray PNS done to detect any nasal deviation & sinus problem. Get assessed & treated at the earliest.
In the meantime, you can take Advil (ibuprofen) or Aleve (naproxen).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
