How To Treat Headache?

Hi doc, i was suffering an headaches for almost 3 weeks on/off, blur vision, left eye pain and i'am hearing air on my left ear. I consulted a doctor and prescribed me to take sibelium a for 1 week. It helps but not totally gone the pain. Can you help me on my health problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic...

Here you have mostly headache from left ear as a reffered headache ....

Rule out left ear infection like otitis media or labyrinthitis ....
Otoscopy and other required investigation done for it ...
If infection present antibiotic ear drop and oral antibiotic course might needed.

If congestion felt more then antihistaminic drug can be taken....

If you have lacrimation and conjunctival injection like autonomic symptoms and short lasting unilateral headache repeated then there might be trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias ...for which while headache sumatriptan might given...
But it is suspected lastly if no imrovement with decongestent .

For headache analgesic can taken.
Drink hot water...
