The sharp pains on the right side of your head lasting seconds are certainly not migraine. It could be Trigeminal Neuralgia or any one of the conditions grouped under Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalgias (TAC) if there are any one of the ipsilateral cranial autonomic symptoms (tearing/redness in eye/partial drooping of upper eyelid/nasal discharge or blockade). The warmth felt in your leg paroxysmally could be a sensory seizure because of arachnoid cyst.
