How To Treat Hearing Voice In Distortion After Stapedotomy Surgery?

I had a stapedotomy surgery on 17/May/2011. In operated hear I can hear only high sounds and not able hear voice. I can able to hear distored voice that to very low . can you please tell me is any problem in healing process ? or implant of telflan piston ?

Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
A CT scan and audiometric evaluation are required to find out the exact cause.
