Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
How To Treat Heart Palpitation With Ringing Ears And Needle Poke Sensation On Arms?
hi. last few years, my heart is hurt. i dont know how to tell. because english is not my main language. then it started to beat fast until now. last month, a sudden ringing in my ear. yesterday, i felt needle-poking sensation in my arm. and today its happening again, but at the same ear. i havent go to checkup.
Thanks for the query. Fast, sustained, spontaneous heart beating is suggestive of an arrhythmia and given the symptoms of arm pain associated, things should get looked into. The first diagnostic test of course would be an electrocardiogram, but you may need a home monitor to determine if there is an arrhythmia of the heart causing the symptoms.
Hope this helps, wish you the best,
