How To Treat Heaviness In Testicle?

my right testicle is hanging lower than my right and feels heavier
and also notice a small lump but when i touch it it feels like a bunch of vains instead of round i also get a wierd not painful feeling in my testicle hanging lower this has gone on since yesterday and no serious pain has occurred what could it be?

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have slight discomfort in your Rt testicle and can palpate bunch of veins .

This is most likely to be Varicocele.and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and colour doppler study of scrotum.
