How To Treat Heavy Bleeding,cramps And Closed Cervix During Pregnancy?

hey am atleast four weeks pregnant . i woke up the other nite with slight shootin cramps . and normal pierod bleedin getting heavyer i went to the doctors and got checked out he says my cervix are closed whats the chance of miscarage ? or any other reason why this is happening ?
