Hi, i am a 32 year old female,i have been struggling with irregular menses,and was diagnosed with ovarian cyst,,so when on my menses i take two weeks or more wth heavy bleeding with clots,so my question is,what can i do to stop this,because am realy tired

PCOD, is one of the common cause for irregularities in menses.
It is better to regularize your menses using oral contraceptive pills, you should see OBG specialist for examination and further help.
