How To Treat High BP While Suffering From Arthritis?

hi ,I have arthritis in hands and lower back am 47 have taken many different natural medications ,including fish oil ,flax seed oil rose hip vital ,krill oil[which I am taking at present [1000]mg daily, polypill jardine pharmaceuticals and many more natural meds. My back is very sore all the time I use a belt when I do my work am retired , now my blood sugar is high (never been above 5.5-5.8)fasting now anything from 6.3 to 7.Is there a connection between the two I also have high iron levels .thanking you .Bev Kirby.
