Start proper physical activity e.g jogging and cardio exercises in a gym or at home. It will decrease your blood sugar levels. why? Because resting muscles needs Insuline to pick up
glucose from blood for their use. But you are type 2 diabetic 28 years. Less insuline you have. So you have high glucose in blood.
But exercising muscles don't need insulin for glucose uptake from blood. You increase activity, you decrease your blood sugar levels. Try it at home/gym/anywhere. Its the best idea along with Orally taken medicine.
If you feel that it isn't working so best for you now, go straight to an Endocrinologist/Diabetologist/Gastroentrologist for proper evaluation and to shift to injectible Insuline for you. It has little side effects as compared to oral medicine.
