General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problems your baby is suffering could be type I diabetes mellitus. His blood glucose levels are definitely high and his symptoms suggest that he could be going in for ketotic spells. He would require proper evaluation and management with hospital care.
Kindly consult Neonatologist in this regard for further management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
