How To Treat Hives Like Swollen Lump?

hi im leigh 16 from GB,now i have had a rash for two weeks i have been to hospital and doctors and they game me steroids and 120mg auntiestamine but it has failed to work . But now it has come back twice as worse and so painful and really swelled lumps like hives but they can not do anything else im wondering if you can help?. Thank you .
