How To Treat Hot Flashes And Prolonged Periods After A Ovarian Cyst Burst?

Hello,I had an ovarian cyst burst about 5 months ago. Since then my periods have been 40 to 44 days apart, and i have also been having hot flashes.
I wanted to know what this means? can i do something about the hot flashes? Will this effect my chances of getting pregnant?
