How To Treat Hydrocephalus?

My sister is 73 and was diagnosed as having fluid on her brain. She was in the hospital one month ago for 8 days. They did testing and they are continuing to test. They think they have ruled out normal pressure hydrocephalus. She has been in a rehab center for four days. She is not thinking as clearly and her motor skills have declined in this short time. She is being admitted to another hospital tomorrow for duplicate testing. She is visiting her son in North Carolina. We do not know how to help. What questions to ask. No treatment is being done.
