How To Treat Illogical Thinking And Irrational Behavior?

My wife gets angry on small things, seems like she feels insecure. she never talks to any one in a logical way. She can t make up her mind for single decision. She realizes that she has misbehaved or said something she shouldn t, but can t stop herself from repeating the same. I m so much puzzled with her behavior, we do not have good chemistry or synchronization between us. Please favor me a solution that could be helpful. Thank you-Anil.
