How To Treat Infected Wound On Right Leg Toe Non-surgically?

Hi Doctor, I need your advise , my Right leg finger nail got broken and wounded in the last week. but someone stepped on my led yesterday mistakenly and now it got wounded, its feel like some puss is coming out. consulted doctor and given Drez-S ointment , NuciXia 90 and linezolid tablets. doctor may require small surgery if not recovered. now i m scared please advice here Thanks, Kamal

it is an inflammatory condition. requires systemic antibiotic and proper dressing in aseptic condition. can use betadine lotion.consult surgeon and remain under his treatment.as advised may requere small surgery.
