HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, although you have not mentioned the detail history of skin lesion like where exactly this is happening? what is the nature of lesion ? how old your sister is? if this is sun reaction then first thing she need to do is to protection form the sun and for that better to cover the skin with linen or use medicated sun screen, it may not be infection for the itching oral antihistamine can be used and best is "Diphenhydramine tablet" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
