How To Treat Infection In Brain?

My mother is suffering from infaction or storkes in brain according to MRI report due to which she is loosing her memory frequently, unconciousness many times, and difficulty in speaking. she is taking many medicines for this like KENADRIM, SINAMET, LIPIGET,ASCARD, ZELDOX, SERT but not a good response. please help me.
