How To Treat Inflamed And Swollen Tonsils Along With Blood Streaked Phlegm?
I m 23 and have my tonsils still. For the past 3 days, I ve dealt with swollen tonsils and sharp pain in that area when yawning or opening my mouth wide. It hurts to swallow and my tonsils are visually inflamed. I had a really sore neck this morning and I can t tell if my lymph nodes are swollen or not. I just coughed up firm phlegm that was yellow and streaked with blood. What should I do? Do you recommend going to the clinic to get antibiotics?

I really appreciate your concern, look every one has a tonsils least concern how old is person only thing is it may not be infected and incase of infection it need to be treated, if you have some doubt regarding this then better to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
