How To Treat Inflammation In The Urinary Tract?

My sister has been having severe abdominal pain; fever and chills; she has inflammation in her urinary tract fallopian tubes, she has been sick for a couple weeks and has been to the Dr, but can t see the specialist for another couple weeks. antibiotics are not helping nor are any pain meds, She gets really hot and sweats profusely and then chills

It can be to a bladder infection.I suggest you to do an urinalysis to confirm the diagnose and to continue with the treatment of antibiotics,antipyretics in case of fever.
