Hi im concerned about my 25 year old boyfriend whos been experiencing these symptoms for over 24 hours. Unable to sleep. Body feels hot and cold at the same time. Irritable. Moderate loss of appetite. Mild dark bags under eyes. Axillary temp. is 96.5 F.

As you describe, it appears that he is under tension, and anxiety, since long.
The other causes may be the chronic diseases like urinary tract infection,throat infection etc.
I advise him to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
