How To Treat Insomnia?

Please!
I am sleeping well-with the aid of an over the counter sleep aid--but often after I have been out of bed for an hour or two I have a terrible time staying awake. The best way to describe the feeling is -someone turned out my light. There is just nothing to draw on. Later in the day I often get a dull headache on the right side of my head.

I can understand your problem, this is kind of phase likely to come in life and the cause behind this are disturbances in life and the age it self, but if you keep your moral high then this will go away soon without taking any sleeping pills stay away from such pill you try hot milk at the time bed this brings the nice sleep, even if you awake do not be panic and do not have any bizarre ideas, this will disturb you more and delay the sleep also, instead just relax and take it easy, have good time.
