How To Treat Insomnia?

i'm from sri lanka and suffering from sleeping troubles. this seriously interrupts with my daily work as i feel tired and drowsy during the day. can you give me the names of sleeping tablets i could purchase without prescription, and other details regarding any side effects, dosage etc? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern if you have insomnia problem then the underlying cause of this need to be found out and that need to be treated instead of taking the sleeping pill because taking such sedative medicine is not good fort the health and only psychiatrist decide this, whether you are really needs such medicine, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
