Understanding your concern. As per your query you have intense back pain causing difficulty in bowel movement . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like viral syndrome , hypothyroidism , medication side-effect , dehydration , constipation , irritable bowel syndrome and depression . Kidney infection or pancreatitis can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , stool test and take history . Doctor may refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric problem , who may prescribe analgesic , laxative antacid and muscle relaxant or to endocrinologist for hypothyroidism. For now avoid eating spicy and heavy food , take proper rest , apply warm compresses to back and eat fruit like banana . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist .
