How To Treat Intermenstrual Bleeding,and The Related Problems Like Constipation, Back Pain, Bulky Right Ovary ?

Hi, I'm 39 years of age and was referred to gynae after GP found ring of clots on cervix and cervix beld easily when swabbed. Have been having intermenstrual bleeding for almost a year, periods getting longer and heavier with a lot of clotting also. Very painful period, very bloated with lots of cramping, constipation, gas and then sudden urges to pass stools. Pains on right side with sometimes a heavy dragging feeling in pelvis. Back pain during period and have odd sudden pains in legs and occasionally arms followed by a weakness. Gynae found bulky right ovary and said womb was very hard and bulky. Took bloods and Sent me for ultrasound which is next week. Blood results indicated no peritoneal irritation. What could all of this indicate?

I really appreciate your concern the menstrual bleeding can be stopped after the specific time period and no need to do in this unless this lengthen the time period for the ovarian cyst wait for some time this would regressed hope this information helps you have nice day.
