How To Treat Intermittent Brain Zaps?

My husband has brain zaps. He has had them, off and on, for several years. He started having them shortly after getting seed implants and radiation for prostate cancer. Have been to many doctors, of all kinds. Even had ear surgery, nothing helps. Help

I feel it's related to some cerebral condition. I would advise to get his EEG done and consult neurologist. Confirmation of some abnormal waves in EEG would help to advise specifically.
